Gang Prevention Coordination Assistance Program (OJJDP)

The OJJDP FY 08 Gang Prevention Coordination Assistance Program provides funding for localities to enhance coordination of local, state, and federal resources in support of community partnerships implementing two or more of the following anti-gang strategies: primary prevention, secondary prevention, gang intervention, and gang enforcement. Check out the Gang Prevention Program information document.Up to 12 awards of up to $200,000 each will be made to 24-month projects.There is no matching requirement, and awards should be announced by September 30, 2008.
